D.& D. S.r.l. OFFICE BUILDING

The new office building is situated on a batch of about 900 mq on Umberto I street west side in the town of Castel Mella. The building is arranged over two floors and a basement in which are located the cellars and two toilets. On the ground floor are located the exhibition spaces, while on the first floor there are the offices and two large terraces in north and south sides. Overall, the building has a usable surface area of approximately 500 mq and is surrounded by grassy open spaces. Two parking areas complete the batch: one for the public use on Umberto I street, while the second is closed inside the property for the exclusive use of the owners. Overall the parking surface is equal to 325 mq, for a total of 15 cars parking.
