Castel Mella, Brescia, IT, 2012The villa, located in a batch of about 500 mq and surrounded by a lush garden, is divided into two floors, one of which underground with residence service rooms. The structure is made of reinforced concrete while the external curtain walls are made of brick with outer insulation coat. Every system, construction technique and material used has the purpose to reach a building excellent energy performance. The heating system is integrated with solar panels and radiating panels in the floor operating at low temperature. The noble floor of the house is composed of an entrance, a large living/dining room, a kitchen, a patio/dining room in wooden structure with frames on the three free sides toward the garden, a bedroom, a bathroom and a study.
