The residential dwelling has been built on an area for popular-economic building (PEEP) of about 8.000 mq, near the city park, and consists of four terrace buildings with forty accommodation on two floors and a basement for wineries and garages, complete with private gardens and balconies. The units have wooden roof elements, wooden doors and skirting outdoor stone boards.
